How to make only one cupcake? I need a little recipe for mum?

Author: Tomorrow is mum's Birthday, and she's a big fan of vanilla cupcakes, but my siblings don't like them, and I can't find a recipe that wouldn't make less than 12 cupcakes … I'll appreciate if you can give me the whole way to make it, and for the topping and the icing, it's ok I know how to make it, thanks!!

I'm going to make my first ice cream cake any tips or anything I need to know?
I am actually only twelve BUT I can bake and decorate a cake like a professional and I plan to open a bakery when I go through pastry school. I'm baking this cake for my sisters birthday(I got a big top cupcake pan for christmas and it has the filling insert its going to be a cupcake)This will be the first ice cream cake I have ever done its also the first time I'm gonna use my cupcake thing. CAN ANYONE HELP????!!!!!!!!!
Can you make a chocolate chip cake?
My Aunt makes the best chocolate chip cake, so I tried to make one too. But when it cooled, we couldn't get it out.So when we finally could ,all the chocolate chips were at the bottom! So if you ever seen that Big Top Cupcake Bakeware thing on T.V., I wanna try to make a chocolate chip CUPcake so do you have any ideas to make it not be a mess again? Oh, and 1 more thing will choclate chips come out with a cake in a no-stick pan?THX!

How do I make muffin top cupcakes?
Whenever I bake cupcakes, they usually come out flat on top. I want to make them so that the top is big & rounded and has a similar appearance to a muffin. I think all I have to do is just put more batter in the cupcake holders but I wasn't sure. Am I right or is it more complicated than that?
How big should I print out pictures to make cupcake toppers?
I am making my own cupcake picks for my daughters birthday. (Printing out clip arts with beach themes like sunglasses, starfish, etc). I am planning on laminating them and attaching a toothpick and sticking them on top of the cupcakes.
I'm getting ready to print and I want them to be a uniform size but i'm not sure how big they should be. Any thoughts? I was thinking 1 inch by 1inch but it looks kinda small.

And if I cheated and used packet cupcake mix, could I just add a bit more raising agent to it to make them puff up, or will this not work at all?
