E-Cigarette Review – 3 E-cigs – "Mall" brand, …
E-cigs are not really cigs. They contain NO tobacco and they do NOT ‘SMOKE’. What you see is water vapor. Think of it like a home humidifier. You know how those make vapor which is visible. This is similar. The vapor produced and ex-haled by the user is just water vapor, and is safe to the user and to other people around the user. There is no smoke, no cabon monoxide, and NO carcinogens!They are legal to smoke indoors anywhere(provided the site owner allows). They do not go against any ‘no smoking’ laws as there is no tobacco and no flame. A wonderful, and safe, alternative to normal cigarettes. I do not recommend non-smokers try e-cigs. They are meant for smokers who want to use a safer alternative to get their nicotine!
i want to use fondant on some cupcakes but i've never used it before. so help?
how do you put it on the cupcake? do you use regular frosting first? how do you get other layers (decorations) to stick to the fondant, like if i wanted to make some other shapes. i mean, if you press it down, wont it distort it? how do you "glue" it together?
i've seen that you can melt the fondant and then just dip the cupcake in, but can you just cut out a big circle and put it on top too? thanks!!
This is my eating and excersise Schedule is it good to you? I use to be anorexic?
I want to know if im going to loose any weight with this schedual i usually follow every week. I would really like some of your input on what you think about it and if i eat too much food or not enough or if i dont excercise enough. I want to loose wieght so tell me if you think i'll loose wieght or gain wieght with this schedual also and what i need to work on.
Here's My schedule.
Monday:
Breakfast: Lower sugar Oatmeal with Special K cereal on top (about a cup)
3:00 p.m: A low fat small Protein strawberry banana Smoothie at the Gym
Dinner: Turkey Cranberry Wrap with a side salad and a small slice of cake
Excercise: 7 Miles On the Treadmill at 7mph (increasing speed to eventually 8 mph over and hour period). and i also have an aerobics class at school.
Tuesday:
Breakfast: same thing
3:00 : Starbucks Vivanno smoothie (Chocolate bannana) with non-fat milk. (around 300 calories)
Excercise: I have Ballet traning for an hour and a half.
Dinner: Small turkey sandwich and a chef salad
Then i had some Frozen Yogurt with fat free cool whip for desert
Wednesday:
Breakfast: same thing
3:00p.m: Low fat small protein smoothie at gym
Dinner: Turkey cranberry wrap with side salad and 1 large cupcake.
Excercise: Run 7 miles at the gym and ran in aerobics that day too for 1 mile.
Thursday: sames as Tuesday
Friday: same as monday and wednesday
Saturday: i have ballet for an hour and a half and rehersals
I eat a bannana and oatmeal with cereal on top before dance and then I will have whatever for dinner and maybe a coffe or lowfat frapp-a-chino in the middle of the day
Sunday:
Breakfast: Two pop-tarts
Then i go for a run for 7.5 miles under an hour
THen i usually have a low cal Frapp-a-cino at starbucks
Then eat like a big veggie calazon from the pizza place.

Your first is a baby boy. The best baby you could ask for; quiet, and calm and rarely cries. He's a red head! With baby blue eyes. He's a doll. What do you name him?
Number two! Is actually number two and three. That's right twin ladies. Beautiful dark red ringlets, and glistening amber eyes to match. They look as if they've been molded by the hands of God. The girls are bouncy little things, both of them. Outgoing and cute. They love making people giggle. What is this pairs name?
And your fourth is another little girl. She looks like a plump little cupcake, topped with strawberry blonde curls, and light brown eyes. Like her brother, she's calm and likes to observe. Another very good baby. And what will she be called?
Now, your all done, so you think…You find out your pregnant with another set of twins, only this time, it's a boy and a girl. Polar opposites in personality, but not in features. Both have fuzzy brown heads, and dark green eyes. But the boy is bubbly and loves to play, whereas the girl is happy sleeping in your arms or holding a set of keys. And their names?
As they get older…
Number one takes an interest in music and is a star cello player at school, then he begins writing music and songs. He's later excepted into the music department at NYU for college.
Numbers two and three grow apart, but both to love music, just like their big brother. But the eldest twin takes up singing and becomes a freelance musician in Brooklyn, traveling with her acoustic and pencil. Three though, takes a more structured aproach with singing and joins a touring chorus. And later get's her music education degree.
Baby four, your quiet little lady grows out of her shyness (and her chunks) and becomes a photojournalist. She loves traveling the world and has learned at least eight differnet languages. She travels with her camera and her new found French lover. And later she get's pregnant, and wants you to give her son a middle name. She gives him the first name, Milo.
Five, your baby boy, grew to love sports, and plays tennis, soccer, swims, and he runs track. For college, he get's a full ride scholarship to UTK for swimming. And finally six, when she turns nineteen begins touring with her big sister, number three. She plays bass, acoustic, and sings back-up.
