I just bought a pan to make small bundt cakes (each little bundt will be a little bigger than cupcake size). I would like a recipe for chocolate frosting/icing that I can drizzle on the top. I don't want total coverage of each little cake; I'm going for a volcano effect. I have a great recipe for chocolate buttercream frosting, but I need something that is thinner. Thank you in advance!

I found many recipes for cupcakes, but my range oven doesn't work. I have a portable oven, but I usually only cook pizza with it. If it does work, can I use the same cooking times as stated on the recipes ? I don't want to make a big batch, only a few. Thanks =)

My Aunt makes the best chocolate chip cake, so I tried to make one too. But when it cooled, we couldn't get it out.So when we finally could ,all the chocolate chips were at the bottom! So if you ever seen that Big Top Cupcake Bakeware thing on T.V., I wanna try to make a chocolate chip CUPcake so do you have any ideas to make it not be a mess again? Oh, and 1 more thing will choclate chips come out with a cake in a no-stick pan?THX!

I would like it to be the silicone one. I have seen the metal one at Target. I am just afraid that the batter will stick and lose its cupcake shape. Please help me out.
