How do i make a cupcake with a big top?

Author: I want to make some cupcakes with nice big round tops to them….is this possible?
Do i need special patty pans?
Do i need to add more raising agent? (if so what?)
And if I cheated and used packet cupcake mix, could I just add a bit more raising agent to it to make them puff up, or will this not work at all?
Any help MUCHLY appreciated as I'm despererate! Thanks!

Over stuff the cupcake tin and run a bead of water around the edge before baking.
