I made cupcakes for the first time yesterday, like the proper big starbucks type ones && they came out all wrong. Burnt on the top. I know it was cuz the oven was too high. But anyone have any FAIL-PROOF cupcake recipes that ii could try. Preferably fruit muffins with dried fruit and cinnamon.
